AKJ Community - Terms of use
By accessing “AKJ Community” (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”, “AKJ Community”, “http://www.akj.org/forum”), you agree to be legally bound by the following terms. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all of the following terms then please do not access and/or use “AKJ Community”. We may change these at any time and we’ll do our utmost in informing you, though it would be prudent to review this regularly yourself as your continued usage of “AKJ Community” after changes mean you agree to be legally bound by these terms as they are updated and/or amended.
You do not need to register to view postings or photos but registering is necessary to write posts on the Message Board or upload photos to the Image Gallery. Please note that you are only required to register once for both the Message Board and Image Gallery. In order to register, a valid e-mail address is necessary for account activation and password reissue. Please read the User Contributions Agreement and Disclaimer below.

You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. You acknowledge that all posts made to this site express the views and opinions of the respective author and not the administrators or webmasters. You agree that the webmasters, administrators and moderators of AKJ Community (Message Board and Image Gallery) have the right to remove or edit any content at any time should they see fit. Your contributions (posts and photos) may be shared for wider distribution. While the webmasters, administrators and moderators of the site will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every post. As a user you agree to any information you have entered above being stored in a database. The webmasters, administrators and moderators cannot be held responsible for any unauthorized breaches that may lead to the site data being compromised.
